Welcome to Dot by Saadqain. By accessing our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Subscription and Access

  • Monthly Subscription: Access to the video lectures is provided on a monthly subscription basis (30 days) for 500 PKR.
  • Single User Policy: Each subscription is for a single student only. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors concurrent logins; if your account is accessed from multiple locations simultaneously, it may be automatically suspended.
  • No Downloading: All content is for online streaming only. You are not permitted to download, save, or store any video content on your local devices.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All video lectures, notes, graphics, and logos are the exclusive property of Dot by Saadqain.
  • Copyright Protection: Recording our screen, distributing our videos on social media (WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), or using our content for commercial purposes is a legal offense under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any individual involved in content piracy.

Payment Terms

  • JazzCash Only: We currently accept payments exclusively via JazzCash.
  • Activation: Access is granted immediately upon successful verification of the payment through the integrated gateway.
  • Price Changes: Dot by Saadqain reserves the right to adjust the subscription fee. However, any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.

User Conduct

  • You agree to use the portal only for lawful educational purposes.
  • Any attempt to hack, decompile, or disrupt the website’s functionality will result in an immediate permanent ban without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • Exam Results: While Dot by Saadqain provides high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on the student’s own effort and practice.
  • Technical Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by internet service providers or scheduled server maintenance.

Modifications

  • Dot by Saadqain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
