Nature of Digital Content
Once a subscription is purchased and the video lectures are accessed (streamed), the service is considered “consumed.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or because a student decided not to study that month.
Eligibility for a Refund
We will issue a full refund only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch.
- Technical Non-Delivery: If you have paid the fee but our system fails to grant you access to the videos, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your complaint.
- Incompatibility: If the portal does not function on your device and you report this within 24 hours of purchase before watching more than two videos.
